Since our mission is to solve the learning crisis through Practical and Soft Skills, let’s start in-house and show the world it is possible. We employed 34 Young people in March 2022, with no previous experience, we trained them for eight weeks on Practical and Soft Skills and we unleashed them into the world. We immediately implemented a Rotational Leadership Programme for them. 

So, under the guidance of the Technical Board and Senior Executives, in just 6 months, these African Youths are already leading and managing people, resources and strategy. It is magical. We call them the Shadow Executives.
