I am someone who loves being at the edge of technology and is able to extract trends and then translate them into innovative experiences that move customers.
Product design, in my opinion, is about the people we design with and for. Human-centered design entails identifying the customer's true needs and then balancing them with the company's changing objectives. I enjoy defining a brand's personality, turning experiences into strategy, developing product experience models, re-imagining structures, and streamlining processes. Near collaboration between design, industry, and engineering is something I advocate for. I get thrilled when I consider how to enhance not only product interactions but also the community that creates them.
